Fight for Nevada: A Petition in Defense of Education
We, the undersigned, stand in solidarity with students, parents, faculty, staff, and the greater Nevada community, in the defense of education in Nevada:

We believe that funding cuts to K-12 and the Nevada System of Higher Education are not solutions for the state’s budget crisis.

We believe that K-12, colleges, and universities must remain well-funded because it contributes to the advancement and dissemination of knowledge that will help improve our society at the state, regional, and national levels.

We urge the Governor of Nevada and the Nevada State Legislature to find practical solutions that do not involve funding cuts to education.
